bodyways

(fusion approach with oil / ground based)

A steady, rhythmic and deeply grounding, oil-based treatment supporting the whole body and nervous system. Using grounded pressure, flowing touch, full-body holds, and stretching, the session works with tension, stress, and long-held patterns in the body.

People often leave feeling more at ease, more mobile, and more balanced, with a sense of lightness that continues after the session.

Best for: Clients looking for unique, consent-led, nurturing touch. Especially supportive if you’re stress-heavy, emotionally tired, touch-hungry, or wanting to settle your nervous system and feel more at home in your body.

Dress code: Usually received nude with draping provided. Underwear may be worn if preferred.

holistic thai

(dry work, clothed, ground based)

A fully clothed, grounding treatment focused on easing tension, fatigue, and postural strain. The session combines grounded pressure, intuitive touch, gentle yogic stretching, and guided movement, responding to what your body needs on the day.

Clients often notice reduced discomfort, improved mobility and posture, and a greater sense of steadiness that extends beyond the session.

Best for: Clients who want grounding bodywork without oil or nudity. Well suited if you’re dealing with aches, postural strain, fatigue, or injury, or if you prefer a clearer structure and staying clothed while still working deeply.

Dress code: Please wear loose, comfortable, breathable clothing.

Yoga

(in person class)

I currently run a small, intimate class at my studio in Liverpool Street—a lovely way to practice in a relaxed and welcoming environment. I teach Yoga in the Vajrasati style, a deeply restorative approach that encourages a creative and subjective experience of the practice. It’s a moving, accessible style that meets you where you are, with community at its heart. Expect laughs, deep feelings, and good vibes.

Rituals

(extended multi-sensory session)

An extended session where we take the body through multi-sensory experience to help smooth out your tissues, regulate the nervous system and put you into a deep state of rest and reset.

We use a specific intention to create a bespoke yoga and pranayama (breathwork) class which is taught 1:1 before we move into massage / bodywork and close with ritual and sound healing. This is deep soul rest and process for those moments in life when you need dedicated space to fully melt or deep dive into a new sense of you.

Bodyways weekender

(a two day massage workshop)

bodyways blends the grounding elements of thai massage with a nurturing, flowing style to promote deep rest. Using a combination of postures, gliding, holds, deep tissue and energy work, we create a responsive experience tailored to each client’s physical and emotional needs. In this weekend workshop you’ll learn the core techniques of this approach to deepen connection and refine your practice. Open to all experience levels. Join me to explore the art of healing touch in a supportive and fun space.
