Clients often notice reduced discomfort, improved mobility and posture, and a greater sense of steadiness that extends beyond the session.
Best for: Clients who want grounding bodywork without oil or nudity. Well suited if you’re dealing with aches, postural strain, fatigue, or injury, or if you prefer a clearer structure and staying clothed while still working deeply.
Dress code: Please wear loose, comfortable, breathable clothing.

Please be prepared to provide your own towels for the practice: one large bath sheet and small face towel will suffice - this is to help reduce the carry for your practitioner between appointments and is appreciated.
