(bespoke fusion approach with oil / ground based)
A steady, rhythmic, sensual rescue with oil. Using broad skin contact, flowing touch, body-weight, full-body holds and assisted stretching; the session works with tension, stress and long-held patterns in the body.
People often leave feeling more mobile, more balanced, in less pain and with a sense of contentedness and inner calm. Deeper sleep is reported often and lingers well beyond the session.

Dress code: Oil based massage is usually received nude with draping provided. Underwear may also be work if preferred.

A fully clothed, grounding treatment focused on easing tension, fatigue, and postural strain. The session combines grounded pressure, intuitive touch, dynamic postures and assisted stretching .
Clients often notice reduced discomfort, improved mobility and posture and a feeling of lightness, clarity and suppleness that extends beyond the session.
Best for: Clients who want grounding bodywork without oil or nudity. Well suited if you’re dealing with aches, postural strain, fatigue, or injury or if you prefer a clearer structure and staying clothed while still working deeply.
Dress code: Please wear loose, comfortable, breathable clothing.
